about me
My name is Shoshanah, and I am a VITA certified Sex, Love and Relationship Coach with a focus on Women’s Sexuality and Taoist Jade Egg practices. I am also a Labor and Delivery Nurse with 12 years of experience supporting women and families through one of the most transformative experiences of their lives. I am a mother of two wonderful kids and a wife of almost 20 years to a wonderful man.

My coaching begins with you. We start by learning what it is you truly desire, and then use coaching skills and embodiment practices to help you get there. The space I hold is safe, non-judgemental, and collaborative.
The VITA coaching methodology is based on Tantric and Taoist principles, and uses modern neuroscience, psychology, and sexuality research to help identify and remove blockages to having our desires, leading to psychological and embodied liberation. It is a deeply embodied methodology, resulting in true and lasting transformation - change that happens on all levels of our human system.
